IPv6 Fundamentals, Design and Deployment E-course v2.0
The IPv6 Fundamentals, Design and Deployment (IP6FD) E-course is a blended learning solution that consists of the IP6FD Web-based Training (WBT) and associated remote lab bundle. The course provides you with knowledge and skills for transitioning to IPv6 based networks. The content encompasses design considerations, security considerations, IPv6 configuration principles and IPv6 transition mechanisms. This E-course will enable you to configure Cisco IOS for IPv6, including IPv6 routing protocols [RIPng, OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS], and to deploy IPv6 transition mechanisms including tunnels, ISATAP, NAT-PT, and 6to4. The content also covers IPv6 design and deployment steps for DNS, DHCP, integrating IPv6 in an IPv4 network, IP multicast and similar mechanisms.
This blended solution enables you to progress through the e-course at your own pace and perform the activities at the time that suits you most. The product flexibility enables you to selectively take the parts of the training that you really need or that you are most interested in. This subcription-based product also allows you to re-take its components as many times as you wish during the subscription period and thus consolidate your IPv6 knowledge and skills.
