Gregor Cirjak joined NIL in 2001. He has been part of project and resource management teams since 2012. During his first years as a project manager, he was mainly involved in managing training content development projects for leading global vendors. Now he predominantly leads professional services projects in Africa and heads resource management for NIL’s learning services division.
Gregor firmly believes that every successful project is backed by a professional, reliable, trustworthy and effective team that is not afraid to communicate. He always strives for high-quality services, relying on his natural inclination for problem-solving, flexibility, and resourcefulness, and his years of experience to help him steer project activities towards a timely and successful project completion.
