NIL partners with F5

NIL partners with F5 Networks, Inc.

F5 Networks is a leader in application delivery networking. One of its solutions will replace the Cisco Application Control Engine (ACE), on which Cisco is ceasing development. In addition to partnering with F5 on that solution, NIL will offer other F5 solutions.

The Cisco Application Control Engine technologies enhance application availability, accelerate application performance and help to secure the data center and mission-critical applications from attacks. NIL uses products from the Cisco ACE family in cloud solutions (NIL HyperCenter, Flip IT and Flex IT). Since Cisco’s recent announcement that it is ceasing development of the ACE product line, NIL has chosen to replace Cisco ACE products with solutions from F5, a global leader in application delivery networking.

“We have never compromised on quality when choosing components for our solutions. This is the reason behind our partnership with F5.”
Aleš Zakrajšek, Director of Sales, NIL Slovenia

F5 solutions are used by many of the largest and most successful organizations in the world: 46 of the Fortune 50 companies use F5 products, and Gartner’s reports recognize F5 as a leader in the field (Gartner Magic Quadrant for Managed Hosting, as well as the Magic Quadrant for Pan-European Network Service Providers).

NIL has entered the F5 UNITY Partner Program for faster access to F5 products and easier integration with F5 solutions. Membership also affirms the competency of NIL’s sales and technical teams to provide customers’ expected level of support.

“NIL is one of the leading system integrators in the region; thus, we are very pleased that they decided to join our partner network. I am sure the new established partnership will result in mutual benefit.”
Jakub Šumpich, Territory Manager, F5 Networks

The NIL product portfolio will include a range of F5 solutions. Local Traffic Manager and Global Traffic Manager will replace the Cisco ACE. In addition, NIL will offer solutions from the security area: Access Policy Manager (APM) and Application Security Manager (ASM).
