Manca has been with NIL since her student years. She joined the company in 2009 as part of the NIL Monitor team in the technical department. Her great organizational skills soon directed her towards administration and coordination tasks. She has more than five years of experience in project management.
She mainly leads NIL’s consulting and professional services projects on international markets. During her career she also lived in South Africa, working on projects for Cisco and other large regional service providers and enterprises. Manca believes that successful projects are those completed on time, with desired outcomes, and within budget. She claims that the project manager is fully responsible for the success of the project. Therefore, she always remains highly involved in her projects throughout all phases.
